The project arose out of the need to bring change and innovation on an international level, using and enhancing the value of top talent: accelerating change by involving the key people in the organisation.

Leonardo entrusted Black Tie with the project, which is now being run for a third year, thanks to the excellent feedback from the managers involved and the participants.

Following an internal selection process in accordance with the incentives shared by Black Tie, a few dozen people with high potential became involved from various offices in Italy, UK and USA.

Thanks to a guided process of live events with team building and training activities, multimedia tools for knowledge sharing, project tasks and contests, the project participants created a professional community based on shared management values and methods and the company itself, with these change management policies, has improved the sense of belonging and the synergy between the companies within the group.
