The first project arose out of the need for greater speed in the communication of information of a commercial nature to the sales force operating in the local area and therefore easily accessible on smartphones.

Thanks to its specific experience of and sensitivity to smart and flexible working, Black Tie proposed a mobile App to be designed specifically for the sales force. The App, initially configured with basic functions, can become an important tool for measuring sales performances and knowledge sharing within the various corporate communities.

Alongside this, Black Tie runs two other activities, providing the client with different but synergic services in terms of positioning:

  • firstly, it leads the company’s Facebook Italy profile, increasing members of the online community by 100% in a year and achieving 3x the social media engagement compared with the average benchmarksfor

  • It also coordinates a specific social responsibility activity to identify valuable young resources to join its workforce, starting with targeted and strategic communication with the top Italian universities.
