The Ca’ Foscari Foundation in Venice chose Black Tie to define and develop its strategic plan 2018/2020, with the ultimate objective of bringing out its distinctive skills to the market and with its stakeholders.

The high-level plan drawn up by Black Tie, including required investments, market research and sales plans, was created with a view to repositioning the value proposition of the services offered in order to make them more effective on the market.

In order to implement the plan swiftly, Black Tie then assisted with an analysis of the organisation, highlighting the gaps and running the most appropriate training and staff management activities.

Lastly, we organised an event aimed at the Foundation’s employees, at which the CEO communicated the strategy, enhanced by movie-themed team building, using the ability of the cinema to talk about OURSELVES in order to strengthen the bond between team members.
