Over the years, Black Tie has designed various projects for the client with a view to consistency on the one hand in terms of brand awareness and customer satisfaction, and on the other with the aim of involving the employees, improving their sense of belonging on the occasion of an important anniversary.

One of the key projects relates to prevention and Black Tie is designing it to include local experiential events for the client families, social responsibility activities in schools and educational sessions on prevention in eye specialist stores.

Furthermore, to coincide with the launch of a new product, it is creating an online contest to promote word of mouth, entertaining the more social-media clients and encouraging them to visit the stores.

Lastly, in just three weeks, it has organised an unforgettable convention in Rome for the employees throughout Italy, thanks to the use of exciting videos written and produced ad hoc and supporting the top management in the communication of the content to employees.
